These Standard Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website at uturecard.com and your UtureCard Next account (“Account”), as well as any extensions, apps, or additional services (“Services”) offered by Papa Cow, Inc., doing business as UtureCard Next (“UtureCard Next,” “Company,” “us,” “we,” or “our”). By accessing and using these Services, including any products or goods obtained through them, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Services.
